1. I have questions about my order, who can I contact?

For all customer inquiries, please visit our contact page or email us directly at thewowempire@gmail.com. Don't forget to provide your full name and order number.

1. When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be processed and shipped between 3-5 business days. Be sure to check your email for updates!

2. How can I track my order? 

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with a tracking number that you can use to track on the USPS website. Wow Empire is not responsible for lost/stolen or delayed packages made by the USPS. When ordering please make sure your shipping address is correct.
